Terms & Conditions for Salsa Madras

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.salsamadras.at (the “Site”), and apply to your participation in Salsa Madras services, classes, and offerings. By accessing or using the Site or enrolling in services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Site and all participants in Salsa Madras classes, workshops, events, and other offerings (collectively, “Services”). Continued use of the Site or participation in Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

5.1 Enrollment for classes and events is binding once payment is processed. Acceptance of any participant is subject to availability.
5.2 You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times and to comply with any instructions provided by Salsa Madras staff.
5.3 Salsa Madras may refuse participation to anyone whose conduct is judged detrimental to others.
6. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
6.1 All fees for Services must be paid in full prior to participation or in accordance with the payment terms communicated at registration.
6.2 Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund/Cancellation Policy available separately on the Site. Refer to that policy for timelines, eligibility, and applicable conditions.
7. Contributions and User-Generated Content
7.1 If you submit comments, reviews, photos, or other content (“Contributions”), you grant Salsa Madras a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Contributions.
7.2 You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Salsa Madras does not control or endorse these and is not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and any provided Services are delivered “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Salsa Madras disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salsa Madras and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
